Estimated Project Cost $580,035 Failure To List Classified Sub-Contractors Will Deem The Bid Non-Responsive. Bidders must be classified by the Division under N.J.S.A. 52:35-1 et seq and must submit bid security as provided in Instructions to Bidders and General Conditions, Revised December 2015. No bidder may withdraw his bid for 60 calendar days after the opening. The State may reject any and all bids. Bidders are required to comply with the requirements of N.J.S.A. 10:5-31 et seq. and N.J.A.C. 17:27. The Second Mandatory Site Visit/meeting Will Be Held Immediately Following the Meeting in Metchun. Contractors Will Meet at the Njdot West Trenton Maintenance Yard Located at 780 Bear Tavern Road, West Trenton, Mercer County, Nj (Gps Coordinates: 40.276062, -74.827234). An additional $25.00 fee is required for mailing of bid documents Via United States Postal Service. Shipping via Fedex is not available, UPS or USPS only
