Site work, remodeling, renovation and addition to a transportation facility in Pueblo, Colorado. Design plans call for the addition of a transportation facility; for the remodel of a transportation facility; for site work for a transportation facility; and for the renovation of a transportation facility.
As of August 15, 2022, an architect has been selected and this project is in the design phase. Although a firm timeline for construction has not been determined, construction is not expected to start prior to November 2022. *The closed solicitation has been included below for reference: The City of Pueblo ("City") is soliciting proposals from qualified firms for architectural design services related to the expansion and renovation of the main terminal at the Pueblo Memorial Airport. This design may include, but is not limited to, expansion of the hold room (concourse) to include restrooms, furniture upgrades, existing restroom remodel, exterior upgrades and improvements, and the addition of exterior canopies/covered entryways in front and behind the terminal. Note: Scope of Service may be increased or decreased based on available budget and funding.
