The Town of Centreville is accepting sealed bids from qualified and interested bidders for the following project: The Town is seeking Design/Builders to provide full designs and construct three (3) picnic pavilions with a desired minimum covered area of 20' x 20' for the Centreville Wharf Park. The intent of this request is to provide design/build picnic pavilions complete and ready to occupy. This project is funded by the Department of Natural Resources Community Parks and Playground grant. The Town of Centreville reserves the right to reject any and all bids, to waive any requirements and to accept all or part of any bid considered to be in the best interest of the Town. Award of the contract is subject to the approval of the Town Manager and Town Council of Centreville. Disposition of Bid Bond - NOT APPLICABLE PERFORMANCE BOND (NOT APPLICABLE)
