**As of January 7, 2022, project will rebid due to bids that came in were too high. The work for which proposals are invited shall consist of the replacement of the gym HVAC, cafeteria HVAC, boiler room building loop pumps and piping, and all exhaust fans throughout the building. All bids shall be properly and completely executed on Form No. 96 as prescribed by the State Board of Accounts of the State of Indiana. All bids submitted shall be accompanied by an acceptable Bidder's Bond or Certified Check made payable to Inspire Academy in the amount of 10% of the total bid price. The successful Bidder will be required to furnish and pay for a satisfactory performance and payment bond in the amount of 100% of the bid, ten (10) days after the bid is awarded to that Bidder and prior to the Notice to Proceed with construction. Each Proposal must contain the full name of the party or parties submitting the Proposal and all persons interested therein. Each Bidder must submit evidence of its experience on projects of similar size and complexity, and a complete list of all subcontractors to be used. The Owner intends and requires that Substantial Completion be no later than June 17, 2022 and Final Completion no later than July 1, 2022. No bidder may withdraw his bid within sixty (60) days after the actual date of the opening thereof. Additionally, attention of bidders is called to all of the requirements contained in the Contract Documents and on the plans, particularly to the Federal Labor Standards Provisions including the Davis-Bacon Prevailing Wage Rates, published by the U.S. Department of Labor and various insurance requirements. Inspire Academy reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids, to waive any informalities in the bidding, and to enter into a contract with the bidder whom in their consideration offered the lowest and best proposal.
