Site work and paving for a civil project in Conway, South Carolina. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; and water / sewer project.
Realignment of approx. 0.38 miles of a new Univ. Blvd. from Hwy 544 to Chanticleer Dr. West, running south of the new Indoor Practice Facility. Includes approx. 200' deceleration lane with 180' taper on Hwy 544 along with extending the box culvert and replace headwall and wingwalls at creek that runs under Hwy 544. New traffic lights shall be included along with removal of existing entrance to the current Univ. Blvd off of Hwy 544. BID SECURITY IS REQUIRED IN AN AMOUNT NOT LESS THAN 5% OF THE BASE BID. PERFORMANCE AND LABOR & MATERIAL PAYMENT BONDS: The successful Contractor will be required to provide Performance and Labor and Material Payment Bonds, each in the amount of 100% of the Contract Price.
