The District plans to use a construction firm as Construction Manager Agency to work in a team approach with the District, Hollis + Miller Architects, and Staff to assist in planning, programming, and designing improvements. The contract for services will be the AIA Standard Form of Agreement between Owner and the Construction Manager where the Construction Manager is not the Constructor, as modified for this project. The Construction Manager will be prepared to provide all the services required by this contract, as may be finally agreed upon with the Owner. Of particular interest will be cost estimating/cost control and adherence to schedule. Duration of the agreement for bond related projects shall be for the construction phase of the projects. Duration of the agreement for On-Call services shall be through December 2026 or of such time the District enters into the next bond issue. All questions shall be directed in writing via email to:
