Scope includes but is not limited to: Demolition, Site & Foundation Concrete, Structural Steel & Fab, Extruded Aluminum screen walls, Vapor/ moisture barriers, Masonry & Siding Veneers, Mod Bit roofs, Non-Structural metal frame package, Door/ Frames packages, Storefronts, Paint, Specialties, Residential Appliances, Casework & Countertops, Site furnishings, Canopies, Hydraulic Elevator, Fire Suppression, Plumbing, Mechanical, Electrical, Low Volt & alarms, Grading, Civil/ Utilities, Landscaping, and Fencing. Project No. 2467-2020-01487, 19099 The project duration is 365 calendar days and is subject to liquidated damages as outline in the Project Manual. The project will follow HUD compliance Provisions, including the required financial documentation and DBE requirements for East Baton Rouge Parish.
