The purpose of this work is to prevent erosion and to restore and preserve maximum drainage functionality along a portion of a drainage easement located south of US 98 (SR 30), at approximately M.P. 7.547 in the Tiger Point Subdivision, Santa Rosa County. All work will be confined to an existing 30-foot-wide FDOT drainage easement extending southerly from Calcutta Drive and the work will tie into an existing rip-rapped portion of this ditch. If right of entry is required, the contractor is responsible for obtaining permission from the landowner and restoring the property to original condition at no cost to the Department For bids over $150,000.00, the standard proposal guaranty of 5% of the bid will be required, unless otherwise stipulated in the proposal advertisement.
