Oriole Beach Elementary School Kitchen Renovation All contractors for educational facilities are hereby notified that to be eligible to bid on school projects they must be pre-qualified. Contact the Board at the above address for information on pre-qualifying. Bids shall be submitted on the form supplied by the Architect. Each bid must be accompanied by a Bid Bond in the amount of 5% of the base bid as guarantee that the successful bidder will enter into a written contract with the Owner and furnish a 100% Performance Bond and a 100% Labor and Material Payment Bond satisfactory to the Owner. The Owner Reserves the Right to Waive Informalities in Bidding and Reject Any and All Bids
