Renovation of a retail development in Toronto, Ontario. Completed plans call for the renovation of a retail development.
The existing LCBO Store 11 located in Toronto, Ontario will undergo a renovation. We will be recapturing space converting it to LCBO retail space and moving the office to the back warehouse. The store will receive all new millwork (single cash desks, maple fascia sign band, gables, P.O.P. frames, info boards, etc.) and all new metal shelving (perimeter & gondola shelving). The beer section will receive new refrigeration units. New flooring will be installed in the retail area. Some electrical work. Some HVAC work including (3) new RTU's. We will increase light levels within the retail & vestibule area. New light fixtures will be installed. New LCBO box signs will be installed on the exterior façade. All work to be completed as per the LCBO specifications/Standards Requirements for Retail Stores. The store will be closed for the renovation (7 weeks). There will be a temporary trailer store in the parking lot. The renovation will have multiple phases and hoarding will be required at all times. There will be day and night shift work. Only bidders prequalified pursuant to RFPA 2020-001 and who are currently on the active prequalification list will be permitted to submit a bid.
