For the project known as: Paulding County Request for Proposal (RFP) - SR 6 Scoping Study RFP # 22009-1507 Request for Proposal for the expertise of a qualified consultant firm(s) to provide services for the SR 6 Scoping Study from the intersection of SR 120 (Buchanan Highway) to the Cobb County line. The study will investigate, develop, validate, recommend and prioritize planning level concepts for roadway expansion, intersection improvements, access control, improved safety and operations, ARC and GDOTs complete streets and also consider frontage roads/alternative routes and interparcel access for all modes of bicycle/pedestrian/trails, freight, and transit feasibility. Each proposal must be submitted in a SEALED ENVELOPE/PACKAGE (along with their contract compliance forms and cost proposal in separate sealed envelopes), addressed to the OWNER. Each sealed envelope containing a proposal must be plainly marked on the outside as:If the proposal is forwarded by mail, the sealed envelope containing the proposal must be enclosed in a separate mailing envelope to the attention of the OWNER at the address previously given. Paulding County will consider the competency and responsibility of bidders in making the award. The Georgia Security and Immigration Compliance Act Affidavit form must be submitted with all bid packages. Paulding County reserves the right to reject any and all proposals, to waive informalities and technicalities, to reject portions of the proposals, and to award contracts in a manner consistent with the County and the laws governing the State of Georgia. The method of contractor selection has not been determined at this time.
