Demolition and site work for a detention facility in Dallas, Georgia. Completed plans call for the demolition of a detention facility; and for site work for a detention facility.
The County is soliciting bids from Building Demolition firms for the demolition of the existing building, fencing, and other items located at 25 Industrial Way N., Dallas, GA 30132. Each Bid must be accompanied by a Bid Bond with good and sufficient surety or sureties approved by the owner for faithful acceptance of the contract, payable to, in favor of, and for the protection of the Owner in an amount equivalent to five percent (5%) of the total amount payable by the terms of the contract or, in lieu thereof, in the form of a certified check, cashier's check, or cash in equal amount. The time allowed for Substantial Completion is one-hundred & fifty days (150) from the date of notice to proceed. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all Bids, to waive formalities and re-advertise.
