Site work and paving for a civil project in Dallas, Georgia. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; and water / sewer project.
Paulding County Board of Commissioners reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to waive irregularities, technicalities, and informalities. Question Deadline 09/15/2023 at 2:00 PM ET The Work includes the installation of approximately 3740 linear feet of 12 inch and 800 feet of 8 inch DIP sewer main, 322 feet of jack and bored 15 inch casing under SR92 for 8 inch DIP sewer main, 148 feet of 21 inch casing at creek crossings, 265 vf of manholes, a connection to existing manhole, asphalt pavement patching, installation and maintenance of erosion control measures, traffic control, permanent grassing and other related work. The contractor will furnish all materials and perform all work associated with the project. A five percent (5%) bid bond, a one hundred percent (100%) performance bond, and a one hundred percent (100%) payment bond shall be furnished to Paulding County for any bid as required in bid package or document BIDDER agrees that the Work will be substantially complete within 90 days after the date when the Contract Times commences to run as provided in the General Conditions, and completed and ready for final payment in accordance with the General Conditions within 120 days after the date when the Contract Times commences.
