CCWA encourages Small Local, Minority and Women-Owned businesses to participate and respond to this bid request. In an effort to promote responsible environmental practices. Work of this project includes power washing the walls, stone window sills, and related masonry surfaces on two buildings at the complex: 1. Power wash all walls and related masonry surfaces of both buildings in theproject area. 2. Grind out around doors where there is insufficient clearance to install a propersealant joint. 3. Grind out mortar joints on sill stones at window locations 4. Install high performance sealant joints at all doors, windows, and wallpenetrations. 5. Tuck point mortar joints where required. 6. The walls of both buildings have elastomeric coatings applied after remedialwork is complete.
