Renovation of a mixed-use development in Morrow, Georgia. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility; and residential development.
The City of Morrow is requesting bids for the following project: The City of Morrow is seeking bids from qualified companies to remove and replace roofing and gutters from several residential and commercial properties collectively known as "The District" and located at 1415 Southlake Circle, Morrow, GA 30260. This is an entertainment district located on the back side of Southlake Mall. Scope of Work: 1) Remove, replace, and dispose of all roofing materials and gutters including vents and cupolas on a total of 12 properties. There are 13 listed properties included in the attachments. The property ending with 1897 will not need a roof but will need gutters. 2) Underlayment shall be like kind and is supposed to be minimal 15 pound felt 3) Roofing shingles shall be most like those being replaced. 30-year architectural shingles or similar 4) Gutters shall be replaced with like kind. 11 buildings will need gutter replacement 5) Replace rotten decking material as needed
