Remodeling of a fire / police facility in Gladstone, Oregon. Completed plans call for the remodel of a 5,110-square-foot fire / police facility.
Work includes interior remodel and replacement of two exterior doors at the existing Fire Station including new kitchen, shower room, painting, flooring, fixtures, casework and fire sprinkler system with limited demolition as required for new finishes. Limited structural, mechanical, electrical or plumbing work are included. Refer to RFP for complete details. The City of Gladstone intends to award the contract to a single firm. The term of the contract is anticipated to be June 15, 2022 - October 2022. Responding firms must have five or more years of successful experience as a General Contractor in the State of Oregon. Qualifications and references shall be supplied with bid. The City of Gladstone and the Gladstone Fire Department reserve the right to evaluate, approve or reject firms on the basis of their review. All bidders and sub-contractors must be appropriately licensed with the Construction Contractors Board. All work on this project is required to comply with Prevailing Wage Standards.
