Renovation of a conference / convention center in Portland, Oregon. Completed plans call for the renovation of a conference / convention center.
The spires and crescent areas of the Oregon Convention Center have many points of water intrusion due to failed sealants. Per the solicitation documents, the selected contractor will provide all equipment, labor and materials necessary to repair these areas to prevent future water intrusion. Per the attached Drawing Plan Set and Specifications, Contractor will repair these areas to prevent future water intrusion. Metro intends to award the contract to a single firm.
