The contract contemplated consists of performing inspections, routine maintenance, repairs and other work as requested by Metro project managers on moveable partitions and related items. Contract may be requested by facilities to supply parts for owner installation. The facilities contain different types of moveable partitions.Please contact bidsandproposals@oregonmetro.gov with questions. Questions are due by May 10, 2022, 2:00 p.m. The contract contemplated consists of On-Call Moveable Partition Repair and Maintenance. Equipment may be located at, but not limited to, the below locations. Metro may add or remove locations at any time during the course of the contract term.The term of the contract is anticipated to be April 2022 through April 2027. Metro reserves the right to award additional contracts from this ITB during the above stated term.
