Swinerton Builders is requesting subcontractor bids for The Multnomah County Central Library Refresh - Restroom renovations on the 1st, 2nd & 3rd Floors located in Portland, OR. Important Project Bid Submission Requirements: 1) There are (4) Total locations of areas to be Refreshed within the Central Library project. Please provide your bid costs per the below: Refresh Bid Package #1 = $xxx a) All-User Restroom b) Family Restrooms Refresh Bid Package #2 = $xxx c) Public RR @ 2nd Floor d) Public RR @ 3rd Floor 2) Terazzo Contractors; Material & Labor Breakouts are required for early procurement opportunities. 3) All Other Contractors; Material & Labor Breakouts are not required at this time. 4) Sub Site Walk Date = Tuesday, 5/17 @ 9-10am Address: 801 SW 10th Ave. Portland, OR 97205 5) This is a Prevailing Wage Project 6) Lead Times are necessary with bid submission, especially if they're long lead items.
