Site work and paving for a road / highway in Ocean View, Delaware. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; and for paving for a road / highway.
The work involves the furnishing of all labor, materials, transportation, tools, supplies and equipment necessary for West Ave reconstruction between SR 26 and Osprey Ln in the Incorporated Town of Ocean View. Bids shall be submitted in a sealed envelope and shall be marked clearly as follows: Sealed Bid - Proposal for West Avenue Streetscape, Project No. OVPZ&D 22-09. Requirements for a 10% Bid Bond, 100% Performance Bond, 100% Payment Bond and 50% Maintenance Bond, and Contractor's Insurance are included in the Contract Documents. The Town of Ocean View reserves the right to reject any or all bids, and make such award as appears most advantageous to the Town. During the bidding period, any questions pertaining to the project shall be directed to Mike Baiocco of The Kercher Group, Inc. via email at mike.baiocco@mottmac.com. Questions will be received until Friday, November 12, 2021. *The list of planholders and/or interested bidders is not being tracked by the stakeholders involved with this project.
