Site work and new construction of a municipal facility in Ocean View, Delaware. Completed plans call for the construction of a municipal facility; and for site work for a municipal facility.
Completing One Wood-framed Education Building, One Wood-framed Maintenance Building, and One Wood-framed Paddle Storage Building; and Performing All Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, and Other Work Items as Necessary to Complete the Project. The Bid Guarantee Shall Be Made Payable to Sussex County Council. Contractors Should Visit the Site to Familiarize Themselves With the Entirety of Proposed Work. All Contractor Questions Must Be Submitted in Writing to Ms. Kaycee Widen at Kwiden@sussexcountyde.gov No Later Than Five (5) Business Days Prior to Bid Opening. If the Responding Contractor Deems Any Portion of Its Response to Contain Trade Secrets, Proprietary or Other Confidential Information, It Shall Isolate and Identify in Writing the Confidential Portions, Together With a Statement in Support of Its Designation as Such. The Submission Shall Be Confidential Until the Bid Has Been Awarded and Contract Executed. Thereafter, All Submissions Shall Be Open to Public Inspection. State Scale Wage Rates for Building Construction Are Applicable on This Project. Sussex County Reserves the Right to Extend the Time and Place of the Bid Opening on Not Less Than Two (2) Calendar Days Notice by Electronic. Sussex County Reserves the Right to Waive Irregularities and Reject Any or All Bids.
