Site work, paving, outdoor lighting and new construction of a mixed-use development in Yuba City, California. Completed plans call for the construction of a playground / park / athletic field; for site work for a playground / park / athletic field; for outdoor lighting for a playground / park / athletic field; for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot; and sidewalk / parking lot.

The project involves the construction of a 5-acre park along Harter Parkway in Yuba City. Scope of construction includes: - Site prep and grading - Installation of storm drainage basins, piping, DIs, and connection to City system - Installation of water services for drinking fountains and restrooms, from existing point of connection - Re-establishment of existing well for irrigation including: - Installation of electrical service conduit, service pedestal, VFD controller, pump, motor, filter assembly, concrete pad, irrigation controller, perimeter fence and gate with privacy slats, and other associated items - Installation of electrical pedestals and associated items - Installation of playground, challenge course, basketball court, grass field, and all related components - Installation of pavilion areas and all associated items - Installation of solar lighting - Installation of parking lot and perimeter walking path and other related components - Installation of landscaping and associated components - Preparation and installation of pre-fabricated restroom building and future connection stub-out - Coordination with Bike Park contractor. Bids are required for the entire work described herein. The Contractor shall possess a Class A license. This contract is subject to state contract nondiscrimination and compliance requirements pursuant to Government Code Section 12990. The successful bidder, at bidder's own expense, shall furnish a faithful performance bond and a payment bond each in an amount of one hundred percent (100%) of the total bid, respectively, and in the form prescribed for use by the City of Yuba City. The bonds shall be provided to the City at the time of execution of contract. In its discretion, the City Council of Yuba City or its designee may reject any and all bids presented, may accept an item or group of items of any bid, may modify or cancel in whole or in part the notice inviting bids, and may determine to re-advertise for bids. Similarly, the City Council or its designee reserves the right to waive informalities and minor irregularities in any bids received.
