Due to the wide variations in landowners' home types, elevations, and placements within their properties, connections to the new sewer line stub-outs will be the responsibility of each landowner. This project is part of the Falcon Oaks annexation agreement. Roadways within the subdivision will be retopped with asphalt paving as a result of any damage to the existing old road surfaces; the majority of the roads within the subdivision will be damaged during construction. This project is bundled with the W.6 water line project to add a larger water line along Osprey Drive and complete the water loop for the subdivision. Project is included City of Leander FY 2023-2027 CIP. This project was part of the Falcon Oaks Annexation Agreement. Pavement will be completely replaced as a result of the project, because the depth of the waste water lines are such that the majority of the roads will be demolished during construction. Also adding water line along Osprey Drive. As of October 18, 2021, this project is included in the City of Leander's FY 2022-2026 CIP and funding is allotted for FY 2022 and FY 2023. *Project information has been obtained through a public capital improvement plan (CIP).
