As of December 07, 2021, this project has not yet been awarded. The project is expected to be awarded on around the end of this year with construction commencing in mid 2022. A bid bond, certified check or bank check in the amount of 10% of bid must accompany the proposal upon submission. Follow-up tours of the site can be arranged by contacting Daniel Briar of the LDC at Dan.Briar@sleepyhollowldc.org up to Wednesday Nov 10th Any request for information and/or clarifications must be addressed in writing to Anthony Giaccio, Village Administrator, 28 Beekman Avenue, Sleepy Hollow, New York, 10708, (agiaccio@villageofsleepyhollow.org) and to be given any consideration must be received in writing by 12 p.m. on Friday, October 29th, 2021. Any and all such interpretations, and any supplemental instructions, will be in the form of written Addenda and will be emailed to all prospective Bidders. The failure of any Bidder to receive any such Addenda will not relieve the Bidder of any obligation under his Bid as submitted. Any Addenda so issued shall become part of the Bidding Documents. Reception of Addenda shall be noted on the Bid Form. Late Submissions: All proposals received after the deadline date and time stated above may not be considered and may be returned unopened. The proposer assumes the risk of any delay in the mail or in the handling of the mail by employees of the Corporation. Whether sent by mail or by means of personal delivery, the proposer assumes all responsibility for having the proposal deposited on time at the place specified. The Corporation reserves the right to waive any informalities, to reject any or all proposals and reserves the right to accept that proposal it deems most favorable to the interests of the Sleepy Hollow Local Development Corporation. No proposer may withdraw within thirty (30) days after the actual date of the opening thereof.
