Renovation of a detention facility in Clarkton, North Carolina. Working plans call for the renovation of a detention facility.
Provide and Install New 50kw Lp Gas Generator, 200a Se Rated Disconnect Switch, 200a Automatic Transfer Switch and Associated Wiring and Conduit Alternate pricing is being requested for a Diesel Generator (in Lieu of the LP Gas Generator), in case the owner decides to go a different route. to Feed Entire State Highway Patrol Garage NCDPS requires that, for construction contracts with a value of $5000 or greater, the contractor shall comply with the document Guidelines for Recruitment and Selection of Minority Businesses for Participation in State Construction Contracts including Identification of Minority Business Participation, Affidavits A, B, C, and D, and Appendix E. These forms provided herein are hereby incorporated and made a part of this contract. A bidder's failing to comply with this requirement will be considered non-responsive and will result in bid rejection. Payment will be made based on ninety-five percent (95%) of monthly estimates and final payment made upon completion and acceptance of work. No bid may be withdrawn after the scheduled closing time for the receipt of bids for a period of 60 days. The owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive informalities.
