Site work for a mixed-use development in Clarkton, North Carolina. Completed plans call for site work for a playground / park / athletic field; and water / sewer project.
This project consists of grading, drainage, and erosion control for a 300' by 200' Multi-Purpose Field located at the Bladen County Park. A walk-through swell should be placed where the existing fence is located. Coordination of this project shall be done with the Bladen County Parks and Recreation Director. Approximately 1500 cubic yards loads of top soil needed for fill. Topsoil is to be free of debris. Drain in a NW/NE direction towards the tree line (away from concession stand). Bust and remove from property a 20' by 35' concrete slab. Project Completion: The contractor shall have 60 days from the date of award of contract to complete all work
