The project will include the elimination of two existing sanitary lift stations, installation of new gravity sanitary sewer and force main, and the installation of a new submersible lift station within Miami Township, Ohio. Bids shall be enclosed in a sealed envelope identified as Project No. 130001-23, Habitat and Summit Med Lift Station and Force Main Replacement, and must have full name and address of the Bidder on the envelope. The successful Bidder, who, as a Bid Guaranty, submits a certified check, cashier's check, or irrevocable letter of credit in an amount equal to 10% of the Bid, shall furnish a Performance/Payment Bond in the form of the Performance/Payment Bond included in Specification Section 00512 in the Contract Documents in an amount equal to 100% of the Contract Sum. NOTE: AIA Bond forms are not acceptable. ENGINEERS ESTIMATE - $ 3,500,000.00 The County Commissioners reserve the rights defined in the Instructions to Bidders, including, but not limited to the right to reject any or all Bids and to waive any irregularities of Bids, should same be to the advantage of the County.
