The work covered by these specifications consists of furnishing all labor, equipment and materials necessary in connection with a Partial Roof Replacement project at Kettering Middle School - UA Building and Southdale Elementary School for Kettering Schools. Work includes items as shown, subject to the terms and condition of the contract, specifications and the drawings as listed. Proposals must be enclosed in a sealed envelope endorsed by the name of the bidder and marked "Kettering City Schools Partial Roof Replacement Project 2023 Kettering Middle School / Southdale Elementary School" and addressed to the Treasurer of the Board of Education, Cary Furniss, 500 Lincoln Park Blvd., 3rd Floor, Kettering OH 45429. Proposals must be received at the Office of the Treasurer on or before the specified time. No proposals received through facsimile transmission or electronic media will be accepted.
