Construction services for an AWWA D115 Style 2-MG Post-tensioned concrete water storage tank in Castle Rock, Colorado at an approximate elevation of 6,350 feet. The location of the water tank is a parcel owned by Castle Rock at 4700 Antelope Place, Castle Rock, Colorado 80109. In additional to construction of the water tank, work includes excavation and backfill, access road construction, site pipelines, culverts, electrical, instrumentation and controls, and limited landscaping. The Owner will also allow alternate bids proposing AWWA D110Wire- and Strand-Wound, Circular, Prestressed Concrete Water Tanks. These proposals must include all associated engineering costs to design a D110 style tank matching capacity and functionality of the existing D115 design. Bids will only be accepted from the following firms that have been pre-qualified through a formal Request for Qualifications process; DN Tanks Garney Lillard & Clark Preload RN Civil SCADA Electrical work shall be completed by pre-qualified contractors. These include; -Grasmick Electric Corp -Precision Electric and Control -Sun Valley Electric
