Site work, paving and outdoor lighting for a mixed-use development in Menifee, California. Conceptual plans call for site work for a road / highway; for outdoor lighting for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; and sidewalk / parking lot.
The project will construct a 4-lane road and two uncompleted sections of Valley Boulevard between Murrieta Road and Chamabers Avenue. In addition, the project will also install Traffic Signals, street lighting, sidewalks, and ADA ramps. This project is needed to mitigate traffic congestion due to increasing development on the north side of the City and provide a necessary connection to Murrieta Road. Project is included in the City of Menifee's FY 2022-2027 CIP. As of September 6, 2022, information regarding a design team or a general contractor is not available. Construction is anticipated to begin in August 2024.* *Project information has been obtained through a public capital improvement plan (CIP). A CIP is a financial schedule for short- and long-range projects which is updated regularly.
