Scope of Services The City of Menifee invites consulting firms to submit a Statement of Qualifications (RFQ) to be considered for the short list of prequalified firms to provide As-Needed Professional Planning Services in support of the City's Community Development Department on an as-needed basis. NOTE: The City intends to select at least three (3) firms for each discipline to short list over a time period of at least (2) years. The City reserves the right to prequalify any number of firms. Due to the as-needed nature of the work, no work is guaranteed regardless of selection. The scope of work will vary and will be requested on a task order basis as the need arises. The City of Menifee requests the following Professional Planning Services: o General Planning-Related Development and Land Use Project Review Services o Landscape Design Plan Review Services o Preparation and/or Peer Review: Environmental Services (CEQA/NEPA, Archeological, Cultural o Resources, and Paleontological Resource, Biological Resources, Noise, Air Quality, Greenhouse Gas (GHG) o Municipal Financial Review Services (Fiscal Impact Analysis) Other Details Please see document for additional details. Notes It is the responsibility of the Consultants to ensure the prequalification documents are delivered on time. Any documents received after the deadline will be disqualified and will not be considered. Documents sent via facsimile will not be accepted. Documents must be uploaded in PDF format to PlanetBids. It is the Proponent's responsibility to ensure their proposal documents are properly uploaded onto the City's online bid management system. Documents that are missing pages, cannot be opened, etc. may be considered unresponsive. Hard copies submitted to the City, in lieu of an electronic copy uploaded onto the system, will not be accepted.
