Renovation of a municipal facility in Claysville, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
The Township Garage Electric Service Project includes the labor, materials, and equipment necessary to install new electrical service from utility company and associated branch circuits. Proposals must be on the forms furnished by the Township Engineer. The bid must be accompanied by a certified check or bid bond in the amount of ten percent (10%) of the bid price, made payable to Donegal Township. The bid envelope must be clearly marked Township Garage Electric Service. Donegal Township reserves the right to reject any or all bid proposals or any portion thereof. Attention of bidders is called to the requirements concerning the payment of not less than the prevailing wage and salary rate provisions of the Pennsylvania Prevailing Wage Act 442 for the Township Garage Electric Service project. Liquidated damages will apply at the rate of $500.00 per calendar day. The Contractor is obligated to furnish a complete, detailed construction and material procurement schedule which must be approved by the Owner and Engineer prior to the Notice to Proceed being given. The schedule shall include at a minimum: 1. Start Date 2. Substantial completion 3. End Date 4. Project Milestones 5. Key material deliveries 6. Applicable Project Phasing
