Renovation of a water / sewer project in Claysville, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for the renovation of a water / sewer project.
The Bid Proposal must be a paper copy, with an original signature, submitted in an envelope along with the original bid security, all as described in the Information for Bidders. The proposal shall be accompanied by a certified check, cashier's check or bidder's bond in favor of the McGuffey School District, in the amount of not less than ten percent (10%) of the amount of the proposal.This Contract is subject to the provisions of the Pennsylvania Prevailing Wage Act. Workers must be paid not less than the minimum wages established by the Pennsylvania Department of Labor and Industry, as shown in the applicable schedule. No bid may be withdrawn for a period of sixty (60) days after the scheduled closing time for the receipt of bids. The Board of School Directors reserves the right to accept or reject any and all bids and to waive any informality in bids received.
