Franklin Twp. 600 tons 600 tons --- 200 tons 137,500 gallons of CRS-2 (E-3) Emulsified Asphalt Road Oil CRS-2 (E-3) must be delivered in a minimum of 2-1,800 gallon distributors or a minimum of 1-3,600 gallon distributor with operators.
