A timeline for award has not yet been established.*** Project no: 2817-V, 1-20-0401-EA The Project consists of the following major items: 1. New headworks screen, grit removal, and fats, oils, and grease (FOG) removal system. 2. Construct a new chemical feed building with feed pumps, chemical storage tank, and associated appurtenances. 3. Rotary aerator replacement. 4. Demolition of existing headworks and chemical feed system. With request for Bidding Documents supply the following information: Company name, contact person, street address, and phone and fax numbers for Bidding office; N. C. contractor's license with limitation and classification; indicate if the firm will be a Bidder, Supplier or Sub-Contractor. Bidders will be required to show evidence that they are licensed to perform the work in the Bidding Documents as required by North Carolina General Statute, Chapter 87 and the Instructions to Bidders. Bid Security in the amount of five percent of the Bid must accompany each Bid and shall be subject to the conditions provided in the Instructions to Bidders. Owner's requirements as to Performance Bond, Payment Bond, and other Bonds and insurance. When the Successful Bidder delivers the executed Agreement to Owner, it must be accompanied by such Bonds.
