LIST OF INVITED BIDDERS ATTACHED.*** The complete renovation of cabins at Fairy Stone State Park which consist of historic log cabins and non-historic concrete block cabins. The bidder is required to conduct the project in two (2) separate phases of work as described in the Specifications. Copies of the Invitation for Bids documents, including the plans and the specifications, will also be available for inspection at the following locations: PMA Architecture, 10325 Warwick Boulevard, Newport News, VA 23601 *This project is being bid by invitation only. If you have been contacted by the owner to bid on this project as a general contractor, and would like to be listed below, please notify our editorial staff. The undersigned understands that time is of the essence and agrees that the dates for completion shall be: Substantial Completion of Phase 1 within 11 months of Notice to Proceed for Phase 1, and Final Completion of Phase 1 within 30 days of Substantial Completion of Phase 1, Substantial Completion of Phase 2 within 11 months of Notice to Proceed for Phase 2, and Final Completion of Phase 2 within 30 days of the Substantial Completion of Phase 2
