The City of Ogdensburg invites sealed proposals for the Hazardous and Non-Hazardous Materials Cleanup - 30 Main Street. Generally, the project is a cleanup project, including removal and disposal of hazardous and non-hazardous materials located at 30 Main Street, Ogdensburg, New York. All questions regarding this Request for Bids should be directed to Jennifer Ashley, City of Ogdensburg Department of Engineering (315) 393-7900 or via email at jashley@ogdensburg.org. Interpretations or clarifications considered necessary in response to such questions will be issued by Addenda and posted on the website with the bid documents. Questions received less than ten (10) days prior to the date of the opening of Bids may not be answered. Bidders will be expected to familiarize themselves with the site by observation and the Inspection Reports being made a part of this bid notice. A pre-bid walkthrough of the site will not be offered due to the presence of hazardous materials. Bidders will be required to provide Bid Security in the amount of not less than 5% of the total bid price in the form described in the "INSTRUCTIONS TO BIDDERS". No Bidder may withdraw his bid within sixty (60) days after the actual date of opening thereof.
