The intent of the limited hazardous materials survey was to identify suspect ACM, lead-containing paint, (PCB)-containing caulk/sealant, and mold that are located within designated areas of Building No. 203 and may be impacted during a proposed chiller replacement project. Other miscellaneous suspect hazardous material-containing items commonly encountered in buildings were also identified, as described herein.
