The Contractor shall provide all labor, equipment, and supplies in order to meet the needs of each individual project. Services to be procured may include but not be limited to any or all aspects of site preparation for prescribed fire, wildfire risk reduction (mowing, mulching, shredding, cutting, root raking, roller chopping, disking, hand crew), trail grading or improvement, Low Water Crossings (LWC) and culvert/pipe installation, placement of soil or woods road stabilization materials, foreign debris removal, removal or placement of fill, and habitat restoration and protection. All services shall be performed in accordance with the specifications outlined in this Contract. Services and materials listed by category below may be utilized in any combination and not restricted only to the listed treatment,improvement or restoration activity. Once Contracts are awarded, the Department will outline specific tasks and requirements in each Project-Specific Purchase Order (PO) issued. The Department reserves the right to reject any and all bids or accept minor irregularities in the best interest of the State of Florida.
