Renovation of a water / sewer project in Burlington, Massachusetts. Completed plans call for the renovation of a water / sewer project.
The installation of the GAC Pressure Vessel System will be defined in a separate publicly bid package entitled "Mill Pond Water Treatment Plant - PFAS Treatment Upgrades - Contract 2" that will include the construction of the PFAS treatment building and ancillary equipment. The GAC Pressure Vessel System Manufacturer shall be bound to provide the equipment and services specified within to the General Contractor selected under the installation contract. The installation contract will be designed between September 2021 and December 2021 and the selected GAC Pressure Vessel System manufacturers product will be used in the design of the "Mill Pond Water Treatment Plant - PFAS Treatment Upgrades - Contract 2", and therefore timely submission of the selected manufacturers submittals will be critical. It is expected that this project will publicly bid in January 2022 and that the contract would be awarded to the selected General Contractor no later than February 2022. If selected as the successful Bidder, Bidder must deliver the Pressure Vessel Treatment System to others at the location designated in the contract documents on or before September 5, 2022.
