Renovation of a mixed-use development in Jennings, Louisiana. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
As of December 21, 2021, the architect is issuing notice to proceed. A timeline for award has not yet been established. Project no: 21005.01 Project Description: Project consists of Project consists of repairs to three buildings owned and operated by the City of Jennings. The Work is described in detail within the Contract Documents. Bidders' Questions: Owner and/or Architect will provide preliminary responses at Prebid conference to bidders' questionsreceived up to two business days prior to conference. Final responses to those questions, other questions or questions presented at the pre-bid meeting will be responded to via Addendum. After meeting at Jennings City Hall, the conference will conclude. However, bidders will be allowed to tour other buildings / sites within the time limits allowed by the City of Jennings. 1. Project Location: Various locations within and around the City of Jennings. See below for a list of locations. a. Volume 1 - Jennings City Hall located at 154 North Main Street, Jennings, LA 70546. b. Volume 2 - Jennings City Court located at 210 South State Street, Jennings LA 70546 c. Volume 3 - Jefferson Davis Parish Tourist Information Office located on the North side of I-10 at 100 Rue De L'acadie, Jennings, LA 70546
