Clear and grub drainage channels, remove trees, demolish & dispose concrete flume, and dispose of all green waste and debris at designated area.The Project includes the following Work: . Clear and grub approximately 1/3 mile of drainage channel between Granger St and Louise St as detailed in the general notes of the plans . Clear and grub approximately 1/6 mile of drainage channel between Lucas St. and Florence St as detailed in the general notes of the plans . Remove all trees within top banks of the channel, remaining stumps to be chemically treated to prevent growth . Demolish and dispose of concrete flume as directed in the plans . At no direct pay, provide traffic and pedestrian warning devices where necessary, and any and all other measures required to complete the project . At no direct pay, dispose of all green waste and debris material at designated areas as directed in the plans Bidders must hold a Commercial Contractor's License and hold the classification(s) required to perform Clearing, Grubbing, and Snagging, and an Arborist's License. If Bidder does not hold an Arborist's License; bidder may sub-contract a Licensed Arborist. Proof of Contractor's License and Arborist License must be submitted with the 10 Day Documents of Apparent Low Bidder.
