Corporate Yard Video and Security Enhancement Project, Design and Construction Support Services Carson City invites qualified firms to submit Statement of Qualifications (SOQ) for the Corporate Yard Video and Security Enhancement Project, Design and Construction Support Services. The project is a Federally Funded Project using Federal Transit Administration (FTA) funds. SOQ shall be submitted in accordance with the Documents and Requirements as set forth in the formal "Request for Qualifications." ADDENDA: All addenda are posted through the link on the City's website. It is each bidder's responsibility to ensure that they have received all addenda prior to submission of their SOQ. RECOMMENDATION FOR AWARD will be made by the Public Works Department, based on the evaluation results of the City Review and Selection Committee. Once the committee has made a recommendation, the results will be posted through the City's website and all respondents will be notified by e-mail of the recommendation for award to the successful respondent. FINAL SELECTION will be made by the Carson City Board of Supervisors, at a future scheduled meeting, or in accordance with the Purchasing and Contracts Policies and Procedures at an earlier date. Should it become necessary to reschedule the date set for award, notice will be provided to those finalists selected. In all instances, the decision rendered by the Board of Supervisors or Public Works shall be deemed final.
