Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Lexington, Missouri. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; and sidewalk / parking lot.
The proposed work includes: Construction of sidewalk, sidewalk ramps, and driveway approaches for a pedestrian crossing of Business Highway 13 on the south side of 20th Street and the installation of a rectangular rapid flashing beacon. The project will utilize MoDOT Right-of-Way, City Right-of-Way, and City maintenance easements for construction as well as temporary construction easements for grading and tieins parallel to the proposed sidewalk. All bidders must be on MoDOTs Qualified Contractor List per Section 102.2 from the current version of the Missouri Standard Specifications for Highway Construction, including all revisions. The contractor questionnaire must be on file 7 days prior to bid opening. The City of Lexington reserves the right to reject any or all bids. MODOT - Business Highway 13 Sidewalk Connection
