Renovation of a municipal facility in Lexington, Missouri. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
Bidders' Questions: All other questions must be submitted to the Architect digitally prior to May 12th, 2025 at 5pm local time. Project Description: The project scope includes structural stabilization, reroofing and treatment to related elements, and limited interior demolition on the second floor of the historic Lafayette County Courthouse. The goal of the work is to implement findings from a structural conditions review to stabilize the existing historic framing. Work will include new roofing to accommodate the integration of new structural steel beams and trusses, repairs to existing heavy Timber framing and masonry construction including chimney stacks and exterior pilasters, repairs to exterior wood work at side Soffits, fascia and gables, repairs to interior finishes / historic plaster walls / pressed tin ceilings will be completed as required for new structural framing. The extent of repairs at pressed tin ceiling will be to address areas impacted with new structural work and will not be all encompassing to address existing deterioration present.
