Site work and renovation of a mixed-use development in Soap Lake, Washington. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility; for site work for a municipal facility; and water / sewer project.

The Project includes :Mowing Work: Installation of approximately 7,000 linear feet of new 6- to 10-inch diameter sewer pipelines throughout. the City, installation of approximately 5,000 linear feet of new 2- to 8-inch diameter water main, replacement of approximately 4 fire hydrants, and replacement of the telemetry system and HVAC improvements. Bids are requested for the following Contract; Water and Sewer (Phase III) Improvements Owner anticipates that the Project's total bid price will be approximately $2, 590,000.00, The Project has an expected duration of 150 days The commencement date for the project will be mutually coordinated with the Contractor prior to issuance of the Notice to Proceed, with the intent that the project may begin anytime between approximately mid-December, 2021 to April 18, 2022.
