As of November 23, 2021, the project has not yet been awarded. A timeline for award not yet been established. DESIGN WORK ORDER. NO.: 2102481 This project proposes to remove and replace broken concrete curb, gutter, sidewalk, and ADA ramps at various locations throughout the City of Riverside. The City of Riverside Public Works Department has determined bidders shall hold a valid Class "A" or a combination of a valid Class "C-8" and valid Class "C-12" State of California Contractor's license in good standing. Pursuant to Section 22300 of the Public Contract Code of the State of California, the contractor will be permitted to substitute those securities set forth in said sections for any monies withheld to ensure performance of the contract. Bid Security in the form of a Bid Bond in the amount of 10% of the total bid must be uploaded prior to the hour and the date stated above. Bid Security in the form of a Cashier's check or Certified check must be submitted to the Purchasing Manager, at 3900 Main Street, Riverside, CA 92522, prior to the hour and the date stated above. Bid prices shall be firm for 90 days from date of proposal opening to permit staff evaluation and City Council award. Upon award, prices quoted will be in effect for the term of the contract. The City Council reserves the right to waive any irregularities or informalities and further reserves the right to reject any or all bids. Q&A Deadline November 1, 2021 3:00 PM (PDT)
