Contractor shall complete a conditional survey (video & photos) of the existing conditions and provide an electronic copy to the City. Contractor is responsible for providing its own staging area for this project, including secured storage facilities for all materials. The Contractor shall supply all materials for the roof system and retrofit, including accessory products. The Contractor, by submitting a bid, represents that this bid is based on the use of the materials listed below. Evaluations of submittals shall be solely based on a product comparison to the specified materials. Contractor shall provide primary products, including all roofing membranes, produced by a single manufacturer which has been producing these types of products successfully for not less than ten (10) years. Provide secondary products which are acceptable to the manufacturer of the primary products. Contractor shall provide construction schedule for the project. Contractor shall provide skilled craftsmen with not less than five years' experience in successfully applying the same or similar materials and shall be approved by the selected material manufacturer. Contractor will furnish all labor, materials, equipment and services necessary for the completion of the roofing and related retrofit work as specified in this document. Maintain the site in a clean and tidy manner daily. Contractor is to keep the roof and premises clean and free from accumulations of waste materials and rubbish at all times. Remove debris, scraps, and rubbish from the work area daily. Contractor shall maintain the work areas orderly and free from debris during process of project. Remove packaging materials on a daily basis. Remove all loose materials and refuse resulting from work. Except as modified and supplemented herein, Contractor will follow the primary roofing manufacturers and roofing consultant's general requirements and specific conditions. The responsibility for proper installation of the roofing system and retrofit lies solely with the contractor. The Contractor shall inform the City of any conditions detrimental to the quality construction of the roofing system and retrofit. Obtain Inspection sign-off. Provide Maintenance manuals for the project.
