Project number - 90900, 90924, 90927, 90930, 91200 Project includes single, responsive and responsible bidder for the addition and renovations at Matanzas High School located at 3535 Pirate Nation Way, Palm Coast, Florida. The bidder shall be responsible for all applicable permitting, labor, materials, equipment, tools, transportation, services, and incidentals necessary to complete all work required by the specifications and as shown on the drawings. Since the school is a facility with restricted access, Bidders are encouraged to also invite any of their trade subcontractors, specialty subcontractors or vendors to this pre-bid meeting. All attendees must be present prior to the beginning of the meeting and must sign in with the District Representative as record of attendance. Late entry to the Pre-Bid Meeting will not be permitted. Full instructions for arrival and check-in are detailed in the bid documents. Flagler County School Board reserves the right to reject any and all offers or waive any irregularity or technicality in offers received. A bid bond equal to 5% of bidder's total amount bid is required to accompany bidder's submittal.
