From construction management firms to provide preconstruction and construction services for new Fire Stations, Fire Station Expansion, and renovations to existing Fire Stations. These services shall be inclusive of related site improvements. The Citys Budget and Procurement Office is the main point of contact for this solicitation. Any questions concerning the intent, meaning and interpretations of the solicitation documents including the draft agreement, must be requested in writing through the portal at least seven (7) calendar days prior to the due date.
